Work-Study Management Controller

Contribute to the financial steering of CGX AERO's software publishing and aeronautical consulting activities. Working closely with the CFO and Project Management team, you will monitor financial performance, improve reporting and help automate financial data analysis.

Your Responsibilities

  • Analyze project margins, profitability and budget variances.

  • Identify financial deviations and report them to the CFO.

  • Build and maintain monthly dashboards covering revenue, margins and EBITDA.

  • Contribute to annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.

  • Monitor invoicing, work in progress and outstanding receivables.

  • Monitor development costs and R&D capitalization.

  • Automate financial reporting using Excel and Power Query.

  • Ensure financial data reliability with Project Managers and the Project Management team.

  • Conduct benchmarks and assess lightweight BI solutions.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management or Finance, specialising in Management Control.

  • Strong command of Excel, including PivotTables and advanced formulas.

  • Interest in Power Query, data automation and reporting tools.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Full-Stack Developer

Work across the complete technology stack to create and evolve web applications for the aviation industry. From user-facing interfaces to Back-End services and databases, you will contribute throughout the application lifecycle on international projects.

Your Responsibilities

  • Design and develop software solutions.

  • Develop Front-End and Back-End application features.

  • Build and integrate REST APIs.

  • Work with databases and application services.

  • Produce technical and operational documentation.

  • Perform testing and application integration.

Build your expertise in flight procedure design through a progressive training programme combining technical learning and real aeronautical projects. You will contribute to flight trajectory design, data acquisition and technical studies alongside experienced aviation specialists.

Your Responsibilities

  • Participate in data acquisition missions with the surveying team.

  • Progressively contribute to Instrument Flight Procedure (IFP) design.

  • Coordinate procedure chart production with cartographers.

  • Prepare technical documentation for flight procedure studies.

  • Support clients through the implementation of new procedures.

  • Collaborate with airports, airlines, air traffic controllers and military authorities.

  • Participate in aeronautical impact studies.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bac+2 or Bac+3 scientific qualification, ideally in GIS, engineering or CAD.

  • Junior profiles and recent graduates are welcome.

  • Strong interest in aviation and flight procedure design.

Bring your expertise in Instrument Flight Procedure design to international aeronautical projects for airports and civil aviation authorities. You will work on procedure design, technical studies and operational implementation while collaborating with a wide range of aviation stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

  • Participate in aeronautical data acquisition missions.

  • Design Instrument Flight Procedures (IFP) in compliance with ICAO Doc 8168 or national regulations.

  • Coordinate procedure chart production with cartographers.

  • Prepare technical reports related to procedure studies.

  • Support clients until procedures become operational.

  • Coordinate with airports, airlines, air traffic controllers, military authorities and other stakeholders.

  • Conduct aeronautical impact studies.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Master's degree or Air Traffic Controller background with a safety component.

  • At least 4 years of operational experience in flight procedure design.

  • Strong knowledge of IFP design and aviation regulations.
