NEWSLETTER : SECOND QUARTER 2026 UPDATES

SHARING PERSPECTIVES ON TOMORROW'S CHALLENGES

Throughout the quarter, CGX AERO participated in several events bringing together decision-makers, institutions and business leaders to discuss the major challenges shaping the future of organizations and infrastructure.

On these occasions, Marc CHIESA, Chairman and CEO of CGX AERO, contributed to several discussions and panel sessions, including events organized by the Coq Vert community, initiatives led by Bpifrance through the French Fab and Vision Golfe 2026.

While each event focused on different topics, common themes consistently emerged: infrastructure resilience, innovation, responsible digital transformation, international cooperation and the development of skills needed to address future challenges.

From strategic resilience and international partnerships to responsible digital practices and the transformation of industrial models, these events highlighted the importance of dialogue and knowledge sharing across sectors and disciplines.

CGX AERO is proud to contribute to these discussions and to support the ongoing evolution of infrastructure, technology and skills in pursuit of a more resilient and sustainable future.

UPDATE OF APPROACH AND DEPARTURE PROCEDURES AT INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT OF MANAS

CGX AERO has started a new collaboration with Kyrgyzaeronavigatsia on the project updating approach and departure procedures at International Airport of Manas.

The project aims to optimize operational procedures and enhance the safety and efficiency of flights. This marks the first collaboration with Kyrgyzaeronavigatsia, where our expertise in flight procedures will be applied to meet operational needs on the ground.

We are pleased to welcome Kyrgyzstan and Kyrgyzaeronavigatsia to our network of clients and partners.

A NEW MILESTONE IN OUR PARTNERSHIP WITH BHANSA

CGX AERO and BHANSA have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), marking a new milestone in a collaboration that began in 2022.

The delivery of flight procedure design services evolved over the years through software deployment, training, and knowledge transfer initiatives, creating a strong foundation of trust and shared expertise between the two organizations.

Today, this collaboration is entering a new phase. The MoU establishes a framework through which BHANSA's procedure designers will be able to contribute alongside CGX AERO to future flight procedure design projects.

By combining CGX AERO's technical expertise with BHANSA's operational perspective as an ANSP, this partnership will foster knowledge exchange, strengthen flight procedure design capabilities, and contribute to the delivery of future flight procedure design projects.

More than a customer-supplier relationship, this agreement reflects the evolution of a long-standing collaboration into a true operational partnership.

ANTICIPATING CONSTRAINTS IN AIRPORT DEVELOPMENT

In addition to its regular participation in the General Assembly of the French Airports Association (UAF), CGX AERO led a workshop this year dedicated to anticipating aeronautical constraints in airport construction and development projects.

The topic, proposed by CGX AERO and inspired by an aeronautical constraints mapping project carried out in collaboration with the ADP Group, was selected by the UAF & FA (Union des Aéroports français et Francophones Associés) and enhanced with complementary expertise covering environmental, regulatory, and real estate aspects.

Bringing together airport industry stakeholders from diverse backgrounds, the workshop focused on a central question: what technical constraints should be considered before launching a construction project?

Discussions highlighted the importance of a comprehensive approach that integrates, from the earliest planning stages, aeronautical constraints, easements and protected zones, water management issues, soil contamination and remediation requirements, as well as regulatory and urban planning considerations.

One conclusion quickly emerged: the earlier these constraints are identified and addressed, the better airports and local stakeholders can anticipate challenges, optimize project development, and promote more sustainable infrastructure.

USERS FROM AROUND THE WORLD GATHERED AROUND GEOTITAN® AND DATA4FLIGHT®

On 16th and 17th of June 2026, CGX AERO brought together more than 40 users from 22 countries for webinar sessions dedicated to the latest developments in GéoTITAN® and Data4Flight®.

The sessions provided an opportunity to present new functionalities, demonstrate their use through practical examples, and gather valuable user feedback.

Discussions with participants also helped identify emerging expectations and gain a better understanding of evolving operational needs across different regions of the world.

For organizations wishing to discover GéoTITAN® and Data4Flight® for the first time, a dedicated introductory webinar is planned for later this year. Further details will be announced in the coming months.

A NEW ETOD PROJECT IN THAILAND WITH DELV

CGX AERO has launched a new project in Thailand in collaboration with DELV, a long-standing partner with whom we have successfully worked on previous initiatives.

As part of a project supporting Airports of Thailand (AOT), DELV is responsible for collecting, processing, implementing and delivering eTOD data for five international airports across the country. CGX AERO has been entrusted with the independent validation of the datasets, providing an objective review to ensure compliance with applicable standards and quality requirements.

The six-month project, scheduled for completion in October 2026, reflects the confidence placed in CGX AERO's expertise in aeronautical data quality assurance and independent verification activities.

This new collaboration further strengthens the partnership between CGX AERO and DELV and supports the delivery of reliable aeronautical data for airport operations and future aviation developments in Thailand.

A NEW HOSPITAL HELIPAD COMMISSIONNED IN THONON-LES-BAINS

After several months of support, the new helipad at the Hôpitaux du Léman in Thonon-les-Bains welcomed its first helicopter, marking an important milestone in the modernization of emergency medical transport capabilities.

Alongside GCC Construction and the Hôpitaux du Léman teams, CGX AERO contributed to every stage of the project: infrastructure design, definition of the required equipment, construction follow-up to ensure compliance with the defined specifications, obstacle environment assessment, and regulatory support through to obtaining the official commissioning approval for the helipad.

This project fully illustrates one of CGX AERO’s key missions: supporting operators and project owners in the development of safe, compliant, and operationally efficient aeronautical infrastructures.

GEOTITAN® SUPPORTING ICAO APAC FPP TRAINING ACTIVITIES SINCE 2005

As part of our long-standing collaboration with the ICAO Asia-Pacific Flight Procedure Program (FPP), we recently welcomed program representatives to our premises.

Since 2005, GéoTITAN® has been used by the program to provide practical training to future flight procedure designers across the Asia-Pacific region. Through this collaboration, trainees gain hands-on experience using professional tools aligned with operational requirements and industry standards.

The meeting provided an opportunity to review the continued integration of GéoTITAN® within the training curriculum, discuss user feedback and identify future needs to further support the program's training objectives.

For more than two decades, this collaboration has contributed to the development of flight procedure design competencies across the Asia-Pacific region through practical, industry-oriented training.
