Course Objectives

Participants will be able to implement compliance monitoring within the regulatory framework, contribute to change management, and clearly communicate compliance results.

Prerequisite(s)

Be familiar with the organization and structure of European regulations, and know how to navigate regulations 2018/1139, 139/2014, and associated documents (AMC/GM, CS/GM).

Content

This course is designed to ensure that personnel responsible for compliance monitoring acquire the knowledge and skills required under the EASA regulatory framework (Regulations No. 2018/1139, 139/2014). The training follows the structure below :


  • Module 1 : Regulatory framework for compliance monitoring

  • Module 2 : Role and competencies of the Compliance Monitoring Officer

  • Module 3 : Key compliance monitoring tools

  • Module 4 : Change management process

  • Module 5 : Implementation and summary
