Course Objectives
By the end of the training, participants will be able to operate the AIM4Flight® platform and build a data production chain ensuring data integrity and traceability.
Prerequisite(s)
Have basic knowledge of GIS and be familiar with the requirements of ICAO Annex 15.
Content
This course introduces the AIM4Flight® platform and provides the foundations required to manage aeronautical data workflows. The training follows the structure below :
Navigation tools
Data Tree: visualization and selection of aeronautical data
Viewer: management of geographical and aeronautical layers
Area of Interest: creation of working areas
Database management
Connection modes
Reference and projects databases
User account configuration
Aeronautical data management
Editing tools: creation, modification and withdrawal of data
Generic data importation (CSV / Shape formats)
Data validation using business rules

Temporality principles
